Tiras de pollo al limón
Ingredientes para 2 personas:
400 gramos de pollo deshuesado sin piel, cortado en tiras (pechuga, por ejemplo)
Salsa:
1 cucharada de harina de maíz
4 cucharadas de agua fría
2 cucharadas de zumo de limón natural
1 cucharada de jerez (opcional)
Media cucharada de azúcar (si es azúcar glass, mejor)
Aceite
Sal
1) Calentamos el aceite en una sartén o wok y salteamos las tiras de pollo durante 5 minutos, que queden bien cocidas. Las apartamos.
2) Retiramos el aceite que pueda quedar en la sartén. Para hacer la salsa, en un recipiente aparte (un vaso, por ejemplo) mezclaremos bien la harina con 2 cucharadas de agua fría para formar una pasta.
3) Vertemos el zumo del limón y el resto del agua en la sartén. Agregamos el jerez y el azúcar y dejamos que hierva, removiendo bien hasta que se haya disuelto.
4) Añadiremos la pasta de harina de maíz y esperaremos a que hierva.Bajaremos la temperatura y dejaremos cocer a fuego lento, removiendo, durante unos 5 minutos, hasta que la salsa esté espesa y clara.
5) Echamos el pollo a la sartén y mezclamos con la salsa, mezclamos y emplatamos. Se puede decorar con cebolleta picada, rodajas de limón, cilantro picado…
