Pollo con salsa teriyaki
Ingredientes para 2 personas:
Pollo deshuesado troceado (preferiblemente muslo)
1 taza de agua
Salsa de soja
Una taza pequeña de sake (se puede sustituir por ron blanco)
Una cucharada de jengibre rallado
½ cucharadita de Hon Dashi (producto japonés)
2 cucharadas de azúcar
Semillas de sésamo
Aceite
1) Ponemos a hervir el agua en una olla.
2) Cuando esté bien caliente agregamos la salsa soja, el sake, el Hon Dashi, el jengibre y el azúcar. Lo mezclamos todo muy bien.
3) Colocamos el aceite en una sartén y freímos bien el pollo.
4) Tostamos las semillas de sésamo en otra sartén sin aceite.
5) Cuando el pollo esté listo lo colocaremos en un plato, agregaremos la salsa por encima y después las semillas de sésamo. Se recomienda servirlo lo antes posible para que la salsa no se espese, sino que siga caramelizada.
