Ensalada 3 colores
Ingredientes para 2 personas
Espirales de verduras
3-4 bolas de mozzarella
1 aguacate maduro
2-3 tomates
Vinagre
Mostaza
Pimienta
Azúcar
Albahaca u orégano
Piñones
1) En un cazo con agua con sal y un poco de aceite ponemos a hervir las espirales.
2) En un bol pequeño, mezclamos el aceite, el vinagre, la mostaza, el azúcar y la albahaca u orégano, y sal y pimienta al gusto.
3) Aparte, cortamos el aguacate en rodajas finas a lo largo. Hacemos lo mismo con el tomate y la mozzarella.
4) En una sartén ponemos los piñones para que se doren. También podemos utilizar nueces u otro tipo de fruto seco que nos guste
5) Cuando la pasta esté lista la escurriremos bien, la colocaremos en un recipiente grande donde mezclaremos con el aguacate, el tomate y la mozzarella. Añadir la vinagreta que preparamos anteriormente y mezclamos todos los ingredientes, añadimos los piñones por encima y servimos.
