Ingredientes para 2 personas:
Tallarines (se puede hacer con spaghetti u otro tipo de pasta, claro)
6-8 langostinos
100 gramos de almejas
Nata líquida para cocinar (venden en tetrabiks pequeños)
3-4 cucharadas soperas de tomate frito
2 cucharadas soperas de mantequilla
1 ajo
Sal
Pimienta
Aceite
1) En un cazo ponemos agua a hervir con un poco de sal y aceite. Cuando hierva echamos la pasta (los tallarines estarán listos en unos 8-10 minutos, según el gusto de cada uno)
2) En una sartén aparte ponemos un poco de aceite y el ajo cortado en láminas. Cuando empiece a dorarse echamos los langostinos, y dejaremos que se frían un par de minutos por cada lado, teniendo cuidado de que el ajo no se queme.
3) En esa misma sartén echamos el tetrabrik de nata líquida, y las 3-4 cucharadas de tomate, y la mantequilla.
4) Aparte, lavamos las almejas bajo el grifo varias veces para que suelten la arenilla que puedan tener y las añadiremos a la sartén. Removemos bien y dejamos que los langostinos cuezan en esa salsa durante unos 5 minutos, a fuego lento.
5) Cuando la pasta ya esté cocida escurriremos el agua de cocción y echaremos la pasta en la sartén con el resto de ingredientes. (si se deja cocer un par de minutos cogerá más sabor al marisco). Y listo para emplatar! Se puede decorar con un poco de orégano o perejil picado.
