Pollo con salsa ketchup y coca-cola
Ingredientes para 2 personas:
2 pechugas troceadas
1 cebolla
2-3 sobres de ketchup
1 chorro de coca-cola
Medio vaso de agua templada
Sal
Pimienta
1) En una sartén con un poco de aceite, ponemos los trozos de pollo previamente salpimentados. Dejamos que se frían bien
2) Una vez esté el pollo cocinado, echamos la cebolla cortada en láminas o daditos. Cuando se esté hablandando, echamos un buen chorro de coca-cola, el ketchup y el medio vaso de agua templada y mezclamos bien todos los ingredientes. Tapamos y dejamos cocer unos 10 minutos a fuego lento-medio
3) Cuando el caldo se haya espesado y tenga textura de salsa podemos emplatar. Podemos acompañar el pollo con patatas fritas o ensalada
